The University of Iowa Hawkeyes have several sports arenas within walking distance of our apartment complex. You’ll find Carver Hawkeye Arena (basketball), Kinnick Stadium (football), U of I Soccer Complex, Dr. Christine H.B. Grant Field (field hockey), Duane Banks Field (baseball), and Bob Pearl Softball Field all within a 10-15 minute walk. Or, hop on the city bus that stops right in front of our property.

And if you’re a sports fan, you’ll love the Hawkeye Hall of Fame, which is just a few blocks away.

But that’s not all! Cambridge Place is surrounded by three parks. King Park is just three blocks away and has a small baseball diamond. Only four and a half blocks away, Willow Creek Park offers playgrounds, spacious green areas, a shelter, and a walking/biking trail for some outdoor fun. And there’s a small unnamed park just half a block away that also has playground equipment.
